Payments

Payments are processed by Paystack. We do not store full card numbers. Saved cards use provider authorization codes.

Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on service status and merchant/runner policies. Contact support@erunna.app within 48 hours to request a refund. Chargebacks are handled per provider rules.

Cancellations

Customers may cancel errands/orders before completion. Fees may apply if work has started or items are prepared.
